Our experience was a very good one, but this is strongly emphasized by the fact that we went off-season and therefore could access competitive prices. On a like for like basis vs other all inclusive resorts in LatAm (Punta Cana, Playa del Carmen, etc), Club Med falls short, particularly when it comes to room quality and food variety.

The resort's location and grounds are truly beautiful. It is well secluded, which allows for amazing scenery.

Service quality is overall pretty good. The GOs as a norm are helpful and the people at bar & food stations are eager to help.

All in all, I would recommend this if you're looking for a good value for money option. But be aware this falls short vs. other all inclusive resorts in many fronts.

Além de ser em uma local abençoado, praia, rio e rodeado por floresta, o local é perfeito para viagem em família. O Mini Club é especial, com uma equipe maravilhosa, que fez toda diferença na viagem com minhas filhas.
