Cancún Exclusive Space Mexico

We had a wonderful vacation at Jade in Club Med Cancun! Jade is a real little cocoon where we all felt very special thanks to Felipe who leads this space so well, Despina, Erik and Daniel at reception. The pool and bar are absolutely sublime. We loved the cocktail hours with champagne and live music at 7pm every day. Breakfast à la carte in the morning. Lovely lunches. Wonderful sea views and delicious Margaritas. Special mention to the bar team who were looking after us so well from morning to evening: Eliseo, Erasmo, Daniel, Jaime, Ademir and Jesus. Thank you for being so attentive and smiley!
Our two boys had a great time at the Club making so many friends and enjoying all the activities that the Club offers.
We also want to congratulate Theo (chef du village) for his acrobatics during the soirée blanche - very impressive! We loved his enthusiasm and passion for the Club Med.
It was our second time in Club Med Cancun but first time at Jade and it was definitely worth it - we will come back!

The staff at the Jade, especially the bar staff including Jaime, Daniel, Eliseo, Mr. E Erilos, Jesus, and Marco were beyond excellent and always exceed our expectations! Despina was always there to help with any questions. They are the reason we come back year after year. Definitely recommend for your next vacation.

The negative: Rooms and some grounds are in desperate need of renovation. AC isn't working. Water pressure and temperature low, toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. Moldy smell.
Beach people stay away, it is eroding and the sargassum got worse with each day and so did the smell.
The carts are never really available so be prepared for lots of walking.
The positive: first time a vacation didn't make me sick. Food was amazing. Activities as well, especially enjoyed most classes Nelson taught. He knows his stuff, wish we could do a cardio boxing advanced class. Zumba was great! So much fun.
I know it's the appeal of Club Med but wasn't always keen on the line dancing. I stuff they would do some couples dancing as a Latin music fan. And would love to hear some good new music not the same old " bangers".
Would I go back? Club Med yes, Mexico no. ( mainly due to the beach and old outdated rooms).

I went to the Teens club in Cancun and it was awesome yet again. Chloe and Sender were so much fun, especially the end of the day games like manhunt and sardines. Hope I come back soon!

We had an amazing time at the resort. There was not a moment that we felt unattended to. Karla the breakfast and lunch hostess especially made us feel special every single morning we enters the buffet. Thank you for everything.
