Très bien entretenu sauf quelques accessoires abîmés ( fauteuil, carreaux de Piscine)
La partie zen est superbe et les équipes aux différents bars sont top !
Le personnel de la restauration et salle est attentionné et très efficace.
Le club est grand et de grande capacité mais vous arrivez à trouver des coins calmes.
Manque toutefois une certaine implication ou contrôle à résoudre les problèmes rapidement.

4/5 • 1/13/2025Nous avons passé une semaine absolument fantastique au Club Med Punta Cana ! Tout était parfait : le cadre paradisiaque, les activités variées, la cuisine délicieuse, et surtout l'ambiance conviviale qui règne dans le village.
Un immense merci à toute l’équipe GO, et en particulier à Justine, Nicholas et Romain, qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur ont fait toute la différence. Que ce soit pour les moments d’échange ou simplement leurs sourires, ils ont été incroyables.
Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et l’envie de revenir très vite. Bravo et merci au Club Med Punta Cana pour cette expérience magique !
