Quebec Charlevoix Exclusive Space Canada

Resort lacked adult activities especially in the evening. We loved hiking and the gondala but had to find our own trails using the internet. We did not realize until the last day that the resort had hiking information available on the 4th floor. Why wasn't this emphasized on the website? We did take advantage of the pilates and exercise classes during the day and they were very nice. These classes were very well explained in the programs section of the App. We were told about the mountain biking desk and they were very helpful and we enjoyed our lesson and ride.

We hated the entertainment that involved children and families dancing on Wed night. Why would I want to spend money watching other people's children dance? The circus acrobatics were amazing. Wish we did not have to wait until 10pm for the DJ and adult entertainment to start. We were tired by then having been up early to take advantage of the outdoor activities.

There were no adult only centered activities in the evening. Maybe the family dance classes should be moved out of the main stage area on the 5th floor. They were very chaotic and loud! And we really do like kids but many of them were so out of control. Our last night, we just went outside for quiet.

Had no interaction at all with the entertainment staff because they all seemed to be part of the kids camp.

We enjoyed the mountain biking experience. Our guide was Ariel and she was amazing. She was extremely professional as a leader, super communicator and made us feel safe on our first time down the mountain. We will return again thanks to this empowering experience. Thanks Ariel for handling all the challenges of the day, in a fun way.

Even though Club Med Québec Charlevoix is known as a winter resort, our summer stay was just as beautiful — maybe even more surprising. The region offers some of the best mountain biking and hiking experiences, with trails that balance expert‑level challenges and junior‑friendly paths. The views are absolutely stunning, and there’s truly something for every skill level.

As a family, we were especially impressed by how much effort the resort puts into caring for kids of all ages — from babies to teens. You never feel like you have to “babysit” your children or sacrifice your own activities. The G.O.s create a safe, fun, and engaging environment, which gives parents the freedom to enjoy sports, explore the outdoors, or simply relax knowing the kids are having a great time.
Overall, the summer experience at this resort deserves just as much recognition as the winter season. It’s a perfect balance of nature, sport, and family comfort.

Such a great family vacation! When it was time to leave we were so sad, my kids begged to stay longer. We especially loved William in the exclusive collection. He was so kind and talented. Great with my kids and made the best coffee I had all week (he actually used the espresso machine which most GOs seem to avoid, I assume because it takes longer, but the difference is astronomical.) very sociable and great at making people feel taken care of. Ben in the exclusive collection was also amazing and organized the great receptions. And Mar gave me the best deep tissue massage I have had in years.

Exclusive collection felt worth it, the EC lounge is really nice. Kayaking excursion also great!

Kids club was amazing, kept the kids very active. Mark is hilarious and kind and does a great job. My kids are very picky but woke up every morning wanting to go to club.

We ate at le chalet one night and the steak was nice and the atmosphere was a good break from the cafeteria style however the service didn’t feel quite what we were hoping for. We were thinking that the upgraded dinner would include a little more involvement from the staff, discussion about the food, etc. etc. probably wouldn’t do le chalet again but otherwise everything was perfect.

10/10 charlevoix! This was our first experience with all inclusive and we will def be back. Thanks for a dream vacation.
