Turkoise Turks and Caicos

Great first experience here as a Solo traveler. All the GOs (the on-site workers who keep the party going) were very friendly and made my trip A+! They are truly a unique and hard-working team.
It felt like 80% of the guests were couples so I was obviously relying on the remaining 20% being awesome and social - which the GOs ensure! Sometimes adults need Camp Counselers too.
I have been to 9 other club med resorts with my kids and I won't compare the food or property conditions - I wasn't here for that. The standout at Turks is the beach/sand quality, range of activities, and the People.

My husband and I biked a couples massage with Andrea and Antonio and it was amazing. I highly recommend booking.

I received a wonderful massage from Susanna. I got the 90 minute signature massage. I went to the hut by the beach. There were fans and it was not too hot. The pressure was nice and strong, she checked in to make sure that I was satisfied. She did some great concentration on my SI joint as I requested. She really “read “ my body and worked out the knots.

The beach was amazing! Clean powdery sand and clear water, you can see fish swimming and it was not too crowded. Lots of choices in the main dining hall and beautifully plated. Loved all the dinner choices each night. Lots of activities to choose from and the instructors were all amazing from sailing to yoga and Ariel yoga and aqua fit.

We again had a great time at Club Med Turkoise. We were received by Iara and she was amazing! She would let us know what’s going on daily and ask us about our stay each time we would see her. We could not ask for more from customer relations! Iara, sincerely thank you for everything.

We met a few GOs and got to talk to them during lunch or dinner (Jeronimo, Alexandra, Blake, Irela, Ryan, Jackie). It looks like it is not happening as much as several years ago and we do miss the interactions.

Luna, Chava, Manuella, Jackie, we had a great time with you at aquagym! Jackie, meeting you 3 times over 4 years, what are the chances? As usual, we loved talking to you. Marcello, it was great to meet you and we enjoyed our conversations during meals and GM cocktail!
Alexy was awesome and we even got to have him for interim chef du village (great job) for a week until we left.

As far as the club goes, the beach is awesome, boat excursion all day was a good one. Now the accommodations need to be redone completely although the sleeping area and beds are good. AC is struggling and very loud, bathrooms need a gut job: shower is small and in need of repairs, water switches from hot to cold… BUT we learned that renovations are in the plans so we hope it will be a full reno not touch ups, maybe also add an exclusive collection area ?
